Do you allow pets to live at your apartment or rental home properties?
We do! Pets must be approved by CDI Properties and will either be included in the original lease or added to the lease before the animal is permitted to inhabit the property. Breed restrictions apply, limit two pets per unit. A non-refundable pet deposit must be made before the pet move-in, and pet rent will be added to your monthly rent. Any tenant found to have a pet or animal in their residence without prior consent from CDI Properties will be found in violation of their lease agreement.
Do you accept Section 8 housing for your rental homes & apartments?
